Watching the contruction site.
August 30, 2009
When building a new home or working on a construction site of almost any type. There is always the risk of having the site either robbed or vandalized. The being said it really hard to secure most of these sites during the early stages of the job. A really easy and cost effective way to over come this is the use of wireless security cameras on the site so in the event anything should happen you will have good solid evidence to show to the police. You could also use the wireless cameras for on-site safety as well, for the price you can’t get any more affordable than this.
To Catch ATheif

If you have ever been ripped off you understand the frustration people experience. To fight the on going battle with thieves on must prepare themselves and go on the offensive. By this I don’t mean shot guns and razor wire although those have their place. I am referring to installing security devices such as wireless cameras and even wireless alarms if need be. If a thief sees that you have cameras on your property they are more likely to nail the neighbors if they don’t have security in place. Thieves are opportunist, too lazy to find real work so the rip of the honest man or woman for a quick easy buck. Always protect your things and you will be less likely to have the frustrations.

August 20, 2009Catching Vandals

I hear from so many different store owners and residents alike about problems with vandalism. Every thing from broken windows to graffiti on the buildings and fences. This can add up to a lot of cost, even if you have insurance you still have to pay a deductible. Some stores are located in the downtown where no one is at 3 am unless they are up to no good. This is were a wireless IP camera could come in hand one to record what is going on after hours and two you can view the store lets say from home. Most of these Wireless IP cameras can also see in the dark which is generally when you rely on them most. If you seen some one that didn’t belong you could call the police. I think this could be a great asset to anybody.
Watch the Pool

During the summer months a lot of people have pools in their yards to cool off. This is fun but you always need to keep an eye on it if you have kids or even small pets. Most people have them fenced or secured in some fashion. A really good idea would be to have a wireless camera pointed at the pool so even if you are not out there you can still keep an eye on things should someone fall in or something along those lines. Another neat thing to have would be a portable hand held wireless receiver so no matter where you are you can still see your pool. Safety first!
Catching a Graffiti Artist with a Wireless Security Camera

Do you have a fenced backyard? The fence looks great on your side but on the back it has been tagged, or spray painted by vandals or so called artists. I have got a solution for you, wireless security cameras. You can put a small ccd wireless camera up on the fence or hide it in a tree, put the USB receiver or a DVR in the house and take a look at who is painting your fence while you are sleeping.
using a wireless security camera as a baby or child monitor
August 1, 2009 ![]()
Baby monitors are great but some can be a little cheap and not that effective. Using a regular wireless security camera and a handheld DVR can be just as effective. I use this for my daycare. If a child is sleeping I put them in a seperate room and keep an eye on them with the handheld LCD screen. This way the other children can play and the younger ones get their rest.
Then once the baby is older it can be used to watch them outside or as a security camera.
