Ip cameras good to check up on your shop

Author: nathan September 30, 2009

wireless IP cmaera

Weather you are at home or away on vacation you can always drop in on whats going on at your shop or office just by logging on to your wireless IP camera. This can be handy to watch employees or just check to see that every thing is all ok. These cameras can be a great form of security as they will send you an email if the alarm is tripped by motion in-front of the camera of a picture of whatever activated the camera. They also have the ability to see what is happening even when the lights are out as they come equipped with LED lights. Pretty handy device for peace of mind.

Useing Wireless Cameras For An Event

Author: nathan September 21, 2009

Wireless cameras can be used for all sorts of different applications. For example you could use them to cover an event such as a down hill bike race. Since some of the cameras can run on batteries you could set them up along the course a catch video of the riders as they go by. Essentially you could be a one man camera crew. Obviously not quite them same as a HD camera system but hey the possibilities are endless as to what you can do.

Things to consider when setting up your wireless cameras (lighting)

Author: nathan September 14, 2009

wireless security camera

As easy at setting up wireless security cameras is, there are a few things one should consider when setting up ones system. First thing to consider would be lighting this can be crucial for both indoor and outdoor setting. For outdoor you want to make sure that there is no light in-front of your cameras as this will produce a white out effect at night. If anything make sure the light is situated behind or beside the camera. As for inside you want to make sure that there is adequate lighting so that your images look clear and bright. With wireless security camera system you can test what areas work the best for you before you mount them permanently.

There a lot of small business owners out there. In this day and age people are struggling with this economy . That being said that last thing they need is to be victims of theft, either by shoplifters or sadly enough by their own employees. Most shop owners cannot afford expensive measures to secure their shops, this is why wireless security cameras are a good option, they are affordable and can be set up in less than twenty minutes. You can do the set up your self saving labour costs as-well.

vandals beware!

Author: nathan September 8, 2009

wireless ip camera

As sad as it is true, we are seeing quite a bit of vandalism in our communities any thing from stolen and destroyed lawn ornaments to damaged cars and spray painted fences. This can be quite costly and a pain in the well you can fill that in. In most cases a well placed wireless ip camera can cause would be vandals to move on or think about it. In the event damage is done to your yard or possessions you can take your picture to the appropriate authorities to deal with. In the long run the price of a wireless ip camera could turn out to be much less than the damages done to your things. Food for thought.
