Information regarding night vision for wireless cameras

Author: nathan November 18, 2009

wireless security camera with night vision

Some models of wireless security cameras come equipped with IR sensors on them that allow the camera to see images in the dark. This is really hand for people who need to see what is going on in the yard day or night. Most wireless cameras can only see about 10 to 20 meters in the dark and quite often the images are black and white as apposed to color during the day light.

As we all know most crimes against property is done under the cover of darkness, but now you can see out there even in the dark of night. hopefully this information will help. Bad guys beware.
