Oddly enough the theft of fancy cheese is on the rise in a big way. This sound kinda odd, but with the rising prices, thieves can make good money stealing it right out of the grocery store and small delis every where. In Europe its so bad they have resorted to putting tracking tags on the cheese, just like what you would find on clothing and other merchandise here in the West. Most small delis are operated by families that do  not have big budgets to secure their cheese.  I think this is a really good place to have a wireless security camera or two installed so that the cheese thieves will think twice about stealing and if they do you have proof to catch them!  A wireless security camera system can run around two hundred bucks or so and you will be equipped to combat the theft of cheese.
